Sandbar Amelia Island is excited to announce its participation in this year’s Amelia Island Restaurant Week. Alongside many great Amelia Island eateries, Sandbar will be offering a unique pre-fixe dinner menu from January 19th through January 28th. Guests will have the opportunity to elevate their experience by opting in to a whiskey pairing with each course.
Sandbar’s Restaurant Week menu will feature a three course meal priced at $50 per person. Guests will begin with a Charcuterie Board featuring aged and smoked cheeses, bourbon and cherry salami, rye and orange salami, and duck prosciutto. For their entrée, guests will receive a Bourbon-Butter Blackened Shrimp Pasta. Finally, guests will end their visit on a sweet note with a Whiskey Spice Cake.
As Sandbar Amelia Island is known for their expansive collection of whiskey, spanning upwards of 1,200 individual selections, guests will have the opportunity to add a whiskey pairing menu to their experience. For $20, guests will receive a hand-selected whiskey with each course. Buffalo Trace Bourbon will be paired with the appetizer, an Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon Old Fashioned with the entrée, and WhistlePig 10 Year Rye with the dessert.
