Sandbar Amelia Island Joins Amelia Island Restaurant Week: January 17–26
Sandbar Amelia Island is excited to announce its participation in this year’s Amelia Island Restaurant Week. Alongside many great Amelia Island eateries, Sandbar will be offering a unique prix-fixe dinner menu from January 17th through January 26th. Guests will have the opportunity to elevate their experience by opting in to a whiskey pairing with each course.
Sandbar’s Restaurant Week menu will feature a three-course meal priced at $50 per person. Guests will begin with a Charcuterie Board For their entrée, guests can savor the Bourbon-Butter Blackened Shrimp Pasta. Finally, the meal concludes on a sweet note with a Whiskey Spice Cake.
As Sandbar Amelia Island is renowned for its expansive whiskey collection, boasting upwards of 1,200 individual selections, guests will have the opportunity to add a whiskey pairing menu to their experience. For just $20, guests can enjoy a hand-selected whiskey with each course:
- Appetizer pairing: Buffalo Trace Bourbon
- Entrée pairing: Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon Old Fashioned
- Dessert pairing: WhistlePig 10 Year Rye
